Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email and password hash (managed by Supabase Auth).
• Your wiki content: text, files and repository summaries you upload, the structured entities extracted from them, chat history, and your contact profile.
• Usage metadata: per-request AI cost/token accounting used for plan limits and billing.

We do not run third-party ads or sell your data.

How AI processing works

When you use extraction, chat, Q&A or resume generation, the relevant content is sent to our AI providers (OpenAI and/or Anthropic) via their APIs. Under their API terms, they do not use this data to train their models. We store the outputs in your account.

• Stripe — payments (we never see card numbers)
• Vercel — application hosting

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Danger zone) permanently removes your wiki, uploads, chat history and profile, and deletes your login. AI usage records are anonymized (unlinked from your identity) rather than erased, because they double as billing records. You can download a full export at any time from Settings.

Cookies

We use only the session cookies required for signing in (Supabase Auth). No tracking or advertising cookies.
